Floor Planning & Feasibility Service
If you haven't already had plans drawn by an architect, our Floor Planning & Feasibility Service is ideal. We listen to your needs, lifestyle and budget parameters and produce new floor plans for your home, considering how best to use the available space. When we have a set of plans that work best for you, we'll engage a trusted builder and engineer for a meeting and walk-through at your home. The plans are reviewed by them to ensure they're structurally feasible and in line with your budget. This service is a great starting point for clients who want to test out plans and ideas and know what the construction costs are early on in the process before diving into the full design process. You can gain clarity on the potential of your home while keeping costs under control from the start.
Furniture & Styling Service
We bring you the very best quality and craftsmanship through our furniture and styling service. Working closely with you to understand your scope, lifestyle, style and budget, we can select a curated collection of furniture, soft furnishings, rugs and window treatments for your home. We manage the ordering, deliveries and installations for you, with our end to end service.
We can also design and order custom furniture and styling pieces including bed heads, sofas, tables, lighting, cushions, curtains, bedding and built in furniture.

Her holistic approach to design ensures that every element of your space is carefully considered to create a harmonious and cohesive design. During this in-person working session, Danielle will take the time to carefully consider your project ideas, lifestyle preferences, personal style, timeline, budget, and floor plans. With her keen eye for design and attention to detail, Danielle will provide you with on-the-spot recommendations that will help you obtain the best value from your property.
