A custom refurbishment for a Cremorne bathroom and laundry
Our valued clients in Cremorne wanted a bathroom that oozed character… nothing typical or predictable. With three young daughters, the bathroom needed to be practical for a family, while incorporating a laundry for all those school uniforms!
The client brief
"Functional and classic please" were the two requests from our clients.
With a young family to keep in mind, we prioritised hard wearing surfaces and plenty of storage. The room also needed to act as a guest ensuite and a laundry, and has two entry points, so creating the perfect layout was an exciting challenge.
What we achieved
The bathroom is a highly practical space with luxuries such as the custom floor tile pattern, underfloor heating, heated towel rails and custom finished bronze tapware.
The laundry joinery unit seamlessly screens the washer and dryer, offers plentiful overhead storage and provides a deep bench top for folding & organising.
The unique, custom made, raw-finish wood vanity is topped with a stunning marble benchtop and is loaded with practical storage; it carefully hides two laundry hamper drawers, multiple power points for beauty appliances and provides six soft-close storage drawers,
